The Boy's Lunch

The children are learning about miracles this month. They learned Sunday about Jesus turning 5 loaves of bread and 2 fish into enough food for 5,000 people. They had so much fun with this lesson!! Learning about miracles is hard at this age ... and they are just embracing it with open arms. Without our loyal Sunday School teachers this would not be possible! Thank you!!!

Vacation Bible School - Power Lab

What an AMAZINGLY BLESSED week! This year was truly an incredible year at VBS. The kids had so much fun. Many people are asking for pictures from the week. I have over 540 pictures from the week and sorting through them for each individual person will be next to impossible I'm sorry to say. If you will email me at the Church story@christunitedjxn.org then I will send you a link to view them on Ofoto.com and you can order pictures from there! The kids were precious this week. Thank you to all who helped and all who shared your families with us.

Sunday, April 27th

The children learned about Psalm 23 using hands on approaches as well as reading and acting activities. It is amazing how much more you can get out of that Psalm through the eyes of a child.

FEVA Fun!

FEVA was a wonderful event. There was a great turnout and lots of fun for all ages! See you next year!

Easter Celebration/Parade

What a wonderful day for our celebration and parade. The children were precious and had so much fun. They got to make crafts that reflected the true meaning of Easter, got masks, got "He Lives!" bracelets, a Resurrection Egg lesson, got to play with live chicks, a visit from the Easter Bunny, fun food and fellowship, an egg hunt AND the parade. It was incredible!! Thank you for all who helped make this such a beautiful success. I loved watching the excitement in each of their faces!!
